All-inclusive is the way to go

Wedding planning is stressful. All-inclusive venues offer a lot of perks for bride and groom's. At Ella's Garden we have a lot of services included in our packages so you don't have to sweat the small stuff.

Today I am going to focus on centerpieces. Centerpieces tie in your colors, theme and sometimes even your interest. Since Ella's Garden is an all-inclusive venue we try to offer many selections of centerpieces so you don't have to go buy anything. There are times brides bring in their own centerpieces or hire a florist but our goal is to keep your cost down as much as possible. We include a wide variety of centerpieces for all different style weddings. It is hard to find a venue that will beat the selection we have of centerpieces.  Let's take a look and I will tell you my favorite.

1.Floating Candles

                                                          2. Wood Stumps with greenery

Now that you have seen all of our options for centerpieces, which one is your favorite? It is hard for me to pick just one but the honeycomb trio is my favorite. They are very elegant and look beautiful at night with the candles shining through.

Picking out centerpieces is a huge step on finalizing your wedding detail plans. However, it doesn't need to be stressful or difficult. Let us help you decide. You can add a mirror under the centerpieces to reflect more light, you can add more votive candles to the table or bring in your personal touches to make it your own. Ella's Garden offers a wide variety of centerpieces that are included in our packages to save you money, time and the hassle of designing your own centerpieces.

The blue Sparkle!

Robin and Matt were married on October 8th, 2017. I loved meeting with this couple because Matt was very involved in the planning. Most grooms do not help or don't have much input. Matt was the creator of their centerpieces and many of the ideas for the wedding. Matt and Robin created a ball of yellow flowers to go into each centerpiece and then we found a way "can't tell you the secret" to make the blue crystals float in the water. Since Matt helped plan the wedding she snuck in a surprise cake topper that said 'Shit just got real." Robin and Matt were are so happy you picked Ella's Garden for your wedding and we loved working with you.

It's wedding season in Texas!

October is wedding season in Texas and the most popular month to have your wedding. Most brides want to get married in October due to the weather, however the first two weekends have been really warm and humid. Hopefully it starts to cool off. It is starting to get darker sooner so any potential brides remember this when picking your start time for an evening wedding.

This month we will feature all of our weddings to share their story and different decoration ideas.

Jaclyn and Corey were married at Ella's Garden on October 7th, 2017. When I first met this couple I felt like I knew them for 10 years. They both have such amazing energy and love. Jaclyn and Corey met in Cypress and are both from the East Coast. When they met they were so excited to finally have met someone from the East Coast in Texas. Their love grew and they got engaged. For the big day, they just had over 100 guests and more than half traveled in from New York, New Jersey and other areas. The colors were white and blush. The bride's family made all the arrangements for our mason jars. We wish both Corey and Jaclyn many years of happiness!!

Through Hell and High Water

Janey and Calvin's Sunday Brunch Wedding

I get a call right after Hurricane Harvey hit from Janey looking for a venue for her wedding on October 1st. Less than 30 days is no problem! We have planned one in a week before. After meeting Janey and Calvin you could see the love in the air and if they could get married that day the would have. Janey was originally scheduled to get married in March at another venue. She changed her date and venue to Ella's Garden. Of course, we are so happy to host her event. Janey lost her first dress to Alfred Angelo closing then her mom's house flooded during Havery so her second dress was almost lost. She decided to take bridals the week before the wedding and it started raining out of no where so the grounds were all wet. She couldn’t catch a break and just wanted to have the day of dreams. Once Sunday came she was relaxed and ready to marry her soon to be husband Calvin. The joy and love they shared was beyond magical. Kara Additon Photography did an absolute breathe taking job on her photos. I couldn't pick just a few so you will have picture overload of some of amazing shots.
